it's Friday. But you don't really care anymore. While the others are rushing to their parties or going out to bars, you simply cover your paper sheets with writings. It is your soul therapy. The normal flow of days has turned into one nonsensical, monotonous bog. You wake up inside those four hated walls, hearing fights and quarrels of those who try to portray a perfect couple or a happy family in public. You are sick of people, you feel uncomfortable in any company. You feel like a black sheep even among those who are ostensibly like you, and you always hasten to get away. You have no friends, you are torn apart by such a severe loneliness that sometimes the noise in your ears accrues so bad you can't fall asleep. You often lie awake in bed until morning, salty tears trickle down your cheekbones, moistening the pillow. You are enormously hurt for the missed opportunities and recall your life's most painful episodes, torturing yourself for some reason. You are repulsed by your own laziness, generated by your inner rejection of society and your unwillingness to interact with it in any form. Everyone who was once by your side and who had any glimpse of meaning to you, has deleted your name from their phonebooks and have removed you from their lives a long time ago. And you don't put any blame on them because supporting a self-destructing person is really hard indeed. But to some extent you are even glad for this complete alienation from the world around you. You could have broken down a long time ago but there is a strong shell inside of you giving you the motivation to exist, inspiring you for another night with a pen and a notebook. Nervous lines overlapping each other turn into a portrait. You write a couple of sentences with your careless handwriting under the drawing, and it gets a little easier for you.
Where are you? Who are you with? Do you remember me?
I pluck up the grapes of wrath and poison you.

The whole EP is fantastic and flows really well from each track to the next. It’s a little reminiscent of older PUP The Band material, but has its own thing too. The reverb-drenched segueway tracks between songs are beautiful. Nick
